Sovereign Lord, only through trust in your Son shall your people find salvation.
Through all the trials and tragedies that assail us, strengthen our faith and
keep us steadfast in lives that follow your Son; through Jesus Christ, our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God now and forever. Amen.
